Standard Auction Rules

1. Registration: All bidders must be registered and approved users of the SA Gun Auctions system.
2. Bidding: By placing a bid, you commit to purchase the item at the bid price if you are the winning bidder.
3. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the final hammer price.
4. Payment: Full payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.
5. Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted.
6. Inspection: Items are sold as-is. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.
7. Disputes: Any disputes must be raised within 48 hours of auction close.
8. Cancellation: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot from sale.
